AWARDS BANQUET

Date:    Friday, November 11, 2011

Time:     Flag and Mighty Mites (aka Knee Highs)

               5:15 pm to 7:15 pm- Buffet

               6:15 pm- Trophies awarded

              Mites and Midgets

                7:00 pm to 9:00 pm- Buffet

                8:00 pm- Trophies awarded

Place:   Kutztown Middle School (Commons)

RSVP:    by October 23, 2011 to your team mom

Prices:  $8.50 for adults (12 and over)

           $6.50 for children (6 yrs. old to 11 yrs. old)

           Free for children under 6 years old

           Free for Football players/Cheerleaders/Coaches

Please join us with your family for a fun-filled evening with a buffet for dinner,

trophies for the football players and cheerleaders will be awarded, and raffle

winners will be chosen.

The banquet buffet consists of a cheese lasagna, meatball sandwiches, chicken

fingers and condiments, tossed salad with assorted dressings, green beans,

long grain & wild rice, applesauce, pretzels, chips, dinner and club rolls,

assorted drinks, and assorted cakes for dessert.

Please note:

For families with children in both sessions, we ask that your family enjoy the

buffet at the later session to accommodate the space availability. For your

child to receive their trophy with their team at the first session, please arrive

by 6:15 pm for the awarding of the trophies, then stay for dinner at the second

session.
